Do you sell original paintings?
Currently, the studio is selling only a limited edition of 30 or 50 prints per painting. For information regarding sales of original paintings please contact us at studio@spaceanfractuous.com
How to make sure that the prints are authentic?
All Space Anfractuous prints are hand-signed by Sovona Ghatak and are numbered (Eg. - 01/30, 03/50) Also, each print comes with a Certificate of Authenticity with contains details like Title, Medium, Size and Edition Number.
Do you ship worldwide?
Hell yes! "Space Anfractuous painting all around the world!" - that is the studio's dream.
When will my order get shipped?
The shipping time varies depending on the customer’s location. Although, the studio tries to get the items shipped in 3-10 business days for domestic orders and up to 15-20 days for international orders. For custom orders that require super-fast deliveries, the studio charges extra on to the shipping charges depending on the situation.
What about the duties, taxes, and customs charges for international orders?
Other international customers will be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes, or surcharges levied or charged by their country, so please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties.
How can I track my order?
The studio sends an email containing the tracking info as soon as the order is shipped. Please follow the steps mentioned in the email and boom!
Can I return my order?
Since all the prints are custom-made, the studio may not be able to accept a return. If you accidentally ordered the wrong thing, please email studio@spaceanfractuous.com immediately before it is sent out. Check your cart when purchasing to make sure you order the correct size etc.
In the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit please email studio@spaceanfractuous.com so we can both cry and then arrange a replacement. Please also check SECTION 7 - RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE on the Terms and Conditions for more information.
How accurate are the colors and images on the store?
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

The product I want is out of stock, what can I do?
Aah, we are so sorry! Space Anfractuous paintings are a limited edition of 30-50 prints only (as specified in each product section). It won't be possible for us to make more prints.
